Terms of Service for WAVridePR

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using services provided by WAVridePR, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Please read carefully. If you disagree, you must not access or use our services.

2. Services Provided

WAVridePR offers luxury wheelchair-accessible transportation services within Puerto Rico. Reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance via email at info@wavridepr.com.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Rates      start at $100 per hour with a one-hour minimum.
• Special      flat rates apply for bookings exceeding five hours.
• Payments      must be made in full before the scheduled service and are securely      processed via Stripe Invoicing.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations      must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to qualify for      a full refund.
• Cancellations      made less than 48 hours before service may be subject to a cancellation      fee of 50%.

5. Liability

WAVridePR is committed to providing safe and reliable transportation. However, WAVridePR shall not be responsible for delays or service interruptions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as severe weather, accidents, road closures, or mechanical failures.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide      accurate information at the time of booking.
• Comply      with safety instructions provided by WAVridePR staff.
• Treat      all WAVridePR staff and vehicles with respect. Damage caused by negligence      or misconduct may result in additional charges.

7. Accessibility and Special Needs

WAVridePR ensures vehicles are fully accessible. Clients with specific accessibility needs or equipment should communicate these clearly during booking to guarantee the appropriate accommodations.

8. Changes to Terms

WAVridePR reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified via email of any significant changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico. Any disputes arising from these Terms or related services shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Puerto Rico.
